Elliot Hurst BSc (Hons) HDip AMIOA

Director and Acoustic Consultant

Elliot is an Acoustic Consultant with high level experience in Building Acoustics, Environmental Acoustics, Noise and Vibration Control and Regulation of Noise. Elliot holds the industry accepted standard qualification: Diploma in Noise and Vibration Control from the Institute of Acoustics. He also holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Wales and is studying towards a postgraduate MSc in Applied Acoustics from Solent University.

Elliot’s experience in the property sector spans over 10 years and encompasses property development and conversions. He understands the complexities of property construction from a developer and compliance perspective. Elliot is able to apply his experience to help ensure a positive outcome for a project.

Elliot has a number of interests including his passion for everything to do with Rugby and technology. His spare time is largely with his young family.

GEORGE BOOTH OCDEA, TECHIOA

Environmental Consultant, Tester, SAP Assessor

George is a commercially minded Environmental Consultant with over 5 years’ experience working for several multi-disciplinary consultancies in the fields of building compliance testing and contaminated land. George is an Associate member of Institute of Environmental Sciences. George continues to grow his knowledge base through working towards a BSc (hons) in Environmental Science with the Open University and on-going training to obtain full membership with the Institute of Acoustics.

In his spare time George can be found on two wheels enjoying the Essex countryside or relaxing in the garden growing his own fruit and veg.

Aharon Horwich OCDEA, NDEA ( L4) DEA MSEE ACABE AMEI

Building Consultant, Tester, Energy Certifications (SAP and SBEM Calculations)

Aharon is an accredited multi-disciplined energy assessor as well as being a ventilation and sound tester, Aharon is currently in the final stages of his RICS registered valuer and building surveyor qualification, he holds membership with the Society of Environmental Engineers as well as being an associate of the Chartered association of building engineers (CABE) and the Energy Institute.

Aharon’s experience in the property sector spans over 12 years and encompasses commercial and residential new builds and conversions as well as an extensive knowledge of Landlord and Construction compliance and HMO regulations.

When he’s not on site or crunching the numbers for compliance calculations, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three adorable children and puppy, Chase. He is a keen sports fan and is an active committee member for a number of charities in his local community.

Rachel Flavin BA (Hons)

Marketing Manager

Rachel qualified with an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Manchester Metropolitan University in 2007. Since 2007 Rachel has had a number of roles in Construction and Management Companies including commissioning and tendering of building services. She has a passion for organisation and marketing. Rachel has a number of interests including social media and the arts.
