As the property is a Grade II listed building restrictions were placed on the ability to alter floors and ceilings. The owner of the property was seeking to split title and Building Control had requested Sound Testing as part of their adherence to Approved Document E. Pre-evaluation Sound Testing was requested by the owners to determine the nature and extent of renovations to adhere to Approved Document E.
